This includes items like roofing materials, windows, HVAC systems, appliances, and more. We can help you understand the coverage that comes with your specific selections.

We encourage all of our clients to do a thorough walkthrough of their completed home before closing. This final inspection is your opportunity to identify any items that need attention, and we address them before handing you the keys.
